Choose from a large variety of liquid port connections, e.g. Flare, clamp, thread, hose connector, camlock, etc. (horizontal and vertical)
Our integrated valves allows a spill-free disconnection.
Choose between:
Self-closing check valves, manual turncocks or ball valves, pneumatic valves, etc.
For example, HDPE, PVDF and PFA – also available in a conductive version for hazardous areas.
Always completely made of plastic and thus protected against corrosion.
Especially developed variants made from stainless steel for the pharmaceutical industry complete the portfolio.
The integrated ventilation channel allows ventilation during emptying or filling of the container.
Suitable accessories such as hoses for exhaust air or for nitrogen blanketing, allow dispensing and filling in a closed loop system.
Also particle filters or check valves can be attached.
The patented Anti-Rotation Clip enables you to easily secure your Dispense and Fill Heads against unwinding with one quick click.
The patented pin-hole coding system with clear medium assignment reliably prevents product mix-ups.
The seals installed in our Dispense Heads are standard made of FFKM (Kalrez®) and therefore universally chemical resistant.
Alternative sealing materials are FKM (Viton®) and EPDM.
The right Dispense or Fill Head for every application. From simple sample dispensing and practical mobile systems to high-flow versions. Also designed for automated processes.
Choose from one of our 4 product lines of Dispense and Fill Heads and combine suitable options.
The functional evolution of the QC2 dispense head
The dispensing system you know and trust — improved through years of practical experience.
Dispense and Fill Heads from the QC2 product line are the all-rounders and feature a wide variety of adaptation possibilities and options. Flow rates of up to 25-50 l/min.
The QC3 product line enables the container to be dispensed, recirculated and ventilated at the same time with a single head.
Flow rates of up to 25-50 l/min.
With a construction based on the QC2 product line, the larger design of the G-Series Dispense and Fill Heads enables even higher flow rates of up to 150 l/min.
The compact Dispense Heads of the M-Series are designed for low flow rates of less than 2 l/min and thus ideally suitable for dosing applications.
Combine the options individually with the modular system within the QC2, QC3 or G-Series.
Report empty status easily and fully automatically. Dispense heads with integrated bubble sensor enable automatic operation.
Dispense and Fill Heads with built-in limit switch to signal the correct coupling with the dip tube.
Fill Heads with mixing nozzles allow an homogeneous mixing of chemicals without additional mechanical stirrers.
Fill Heads with additional second vent port allow nitrogen blanketing and filling of the container afterwards in a closed loop.
Dispense and Fill Heads made from elec. conductive plastics, allow a safe handling of flammable chemicals in potentially explosive environments.
The QC-M Dispense Heads with integrated air driven membrane pump are the perfect solution if it is not possible to install a stationary pump or if you have to dispense at different stations.
Dispense Heads with hand or foot pump are particularly suitable for easily and safely dispensing small quantities.
Manual turncocks in the Dispense and Fill Heads enable a variety of applications:
G-Series Dispense and Fill Heads with a ball valve can be optionally equipped with a multifunctional module, which allows signalling when the ball valve is in the correct position.
Pneumatic membrane valves in the Dispense and Fill Heads enable an automated activation.
Specially developed for the pharmaceutical industry, our stainless steel Dispense Heads now also meet the regulations concerning FDA approved materials in explosion Areas.
Offers identical features as our QC2 dispense heads with the addition of dosing and flow metering capabilities.
